🎒 · Schools & Education

AI is already in your classrooms whether you planned for it or not.

I work with international schools and education networks to build critical AI literacy across your whole community. Every engagement starts with the same question: what tools are you using, how are you using them, and where's the risk?

01·The starting point

It always begins with an assessment.

Before any training or policy work, I run a full AI-in-school audit. We map every tool your staff and students are touching, from the learning platform to the chatbot they found on their own. Then we figure out what's actually at risk.

Step 01

Map the tools

What AI tools are teachers, students and admin actually using right now? Official and unofficial.

Step 02

Map the usage

How are they being used? For grading, content, communication, research, surveillance?

Step 03

Map the risk

Data privacy, bias, over-reliance, student safety. What's urgent, what can wait.

02·Methodology

The MTPS 360° Stakeholder approach.

Schools don't need another one-off talk. They need a coherent strategy that reaches every stakeholder. My MTPS methodology - Management, Teachers, Parents, Students - is a 360° framework designed to align your whole community around critical AI literacy, governance and digital rights.

M

Management

Governance, policy and risk mapping at the leadership level.

T

Teachers

Practical training and classroom frameworks they can use tomorrow.

P

Parents

Q&A panels and clear guidance on what AI means for their children.

S

Students

Age-appropriate assemblies that turn them into critical users.

03·Who I work with

Four fronts. One coherent plan.

Management, teachers, parents and students all need different things - but they need to be pulling in the same direction. I design engagements for each audience that connect into a whole-school AI literacy strategy.

"I can talk to parents. I can talk to students. I can talk to the management team. And I always start with the same assessment: what tools are you using, how are you using them?"
