01·The starting point
It always begins with an assessment.
Before any training or policy work, I run a full AI-in-school audit. We map every tool your staff and students are touching, from the learning platform to the chatbot they found on their own. Then we figure out what's actually at risk.

How are they being used? For grading, content, communication, research, surveillance?
